Who we are

FallingIn Media Corp (“we”) is a talent agency for performance artists. Questions about this page or your information go to [email protected].

If you’re a brand

When you send an inquiry through our booking form we receive your name, email, company, the artist and moment you’re interested in, your timeline and your message. It goes straight into our private deal desk, where we use it to reply, price and run the booking. If you email us instead, we keep that email thread for the same reason.

If you’re a creator applying to join

The /join form sends us your name, email, craft, channels, audience, region and note by email. We use it only to consider your application and get back to you.

If you’re a creator who connects your inbox

Artists we represent can connect their own email (Gmail or Microsoft 365) to our deal desk, so brand inquiries sent to them reach us too. You connect it yourself through a one-time link, and you can disconnect at any time, from your Google or Microsoft account settings or by asking us.

• What we read: new mail in your inbox and sent mail (for Gmail: Primary and Sent, never Spam, Trash, Promotions, Social, Updates or Forums), and, only if you ask us to, past mail from a period you choose.
• What we keep: the full text only of conversations about brand deals. For everything else (personal mail, newsletters, notifications) we keep just a technical message id and a label, never the text.
• What we send: replies to brands in the original conversation, from your address, and only after a person at FallingIn Media has approved that exact reply.
• Your access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shown to anyone.

Deal Desk’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don’t sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

AI

Our deal desk uses AI (Anthropic’s Claude, through its commercial API) to sort incoming mail, pull out deal details, check who a sender is, review contracts and draft replies. Anthropic does not train its models on data sent through its commercial API. Nothing is sent to a brand without a person approving it first.

Who else handles your information

• Cloudflare: hosts this site and our deal desk, stores its data, and checks forms for bots (Turnstile).
• Microsoft 365: our business email.
• Resend: sends notification emails to our own team.
• Anthropic: the AI described above.
• Google and Microsoft: only when a creator connects their inbox, to read and send that creator’s mail.

Pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts, and the Instagram posts we show are embedded from Instagram, which can set its own cookies when they load. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies of our own.

How long we keep it

Brand deal conversations are kept while we work on the deal and for our records afterwards. Mail we mark as spam has its text deleted after 30 days. Non-deal mail is never stored beyond a message id and label.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or (creators) disconnect your inbox at any time. Email [email protected].
